Here's what your Registration includes:
Three 9 week terms of developed curriculum, total 27 weeks 
We meet once a week after school or during school 1hr 45 mins!

This program is separated into 3 terms, each one builds on the last. 
At the end of each term, we will run a 5km Fun Run!


Term 1 Topic: SELF September-November,  9 weeks 
Term 2 Topic: PEERS January- March, 9 weeks 
Term 3 Topic: COMMUNITY April- May, 9 weeks 
*Priority is given to students signing up for all three terms and paying in advance. 

Professional coaching certified with CPR/First Aid (Red Cross certification), 
High 5 (child development certification), and trained NCCP Sport coach and Club coach
BC Athletics.
Lesson Workbooks and all program materials; ongoing support from the coaches.
Awards for all of the girls that recognize awesomeness, achievement, effort, and uniqueness!
A fun, social, supportive and interactive atmosphere.
Insurance coverage.
Police screened coaches and mentors.
New self-confidence, new friends, positive and healthy living ideas, 
problem solving and goal setting skills! 

Sole Girls are awesome, encouraging tweens 
creating healthy life skills and learning strong values!  

This is not a running program - Sole Girls teaches physical literacy to girls, how to love physical activity, healthy habits, self-confidence.  We also connect girls to our mentors who are a little bit older in high school and university!!
