We are committed to developing mentorship to build a healthy, active community to support girls!

So what is a Soleteer?
Soleteers are the awesome leaders and mentors that are building our fearlessly awesome, active Sole Community!  They are usually High School or University students who are physically active, compassionate, passionate about community and giving back and know what it's like to live in and through the "Girl World".

Here's what Soleteers do...
Participate in all the sessions (9) plus the race!
Run with the girls
Champion Encouragement Master
Lead icebreakers or different games
Provide mentorship, listening to stories, offering different points of view, sharing experiences and more!

High School or Middle School Students! 
Develop your leadership skills, become a running partner and mentor younger students! 
Qualifications:
• Be in grade 9 or older 
• Be involved in your school leadership program
• Have experience teaching or coaching young children
• Be energetic, creative, motivated
• Live a healthy, active lifestyle
• Hold a current first aid certificate (prefered)
• Reference/background checks
Get Involved, Become a Sole-teer!
University and College Students!  
Get involved with your community, give back and empower girls!! 
Use your leadership skills and become an assistant coach!
